Leading the Next Generation of Excellence
The Legacy Leaders Academy is the Lead with Purpose Foundation’s flagship program — a national, cohort-based leadership development experience designed specifically for multicultural, underprivileged, and underserved high school students in grades 9 through 11.
Through mentorship, leadership training, personal development coaching, community service, and life-changing educational travel, we equip young leaders to rise, serve, and leave a lasting legacy — regardless of where they come from.

Dr. Felita Hannah Poole is an educator, counselor, community servant, and founder whose life’s work has been rooted in one simple truth: that when a community shows up for its young people, everything changes. The Lead with Purpose Foundation is her giving back — and the Legacy Leaders Academy is her promise kept.
